Important: Wasila Conseil does not legally represent its clients. Final decisions regarding visas, admissions, scholarships and other procedures always belong to the competent authorities (consulates, educational institutions, government agencies).

These general terms of use (GTU) are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the Wasila Conseil website. They apply to all users of the site, whether clients, visitors or occasional users.

We are not legal representatives and do not guarantee any results.

These GTU are governed by Mauritanian law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of Nouakchott, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, shall have sole jurisdiction.
